Courtyards on Fifth is a 27 Unit Residential Apartment Development with 1 Retail Space in Downtown Bay Shore NY. Courtyards is a development of Bayberry Capital Group, who sources, acquires, renovates, develops, leases, and sells a diversified portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
We were hired to develop an online presence to promote the residential apartment development. Focusing on vast amenities and location, we promoted multiple floor plans—one, two and three bedroom units, that the user is able to tour units highlighting the individual floor plans and the capabilities of a 3D tour for each unit.
Behind the Scenes
The site was built to focus on the user experience to choose from one, two and three bedroom options and to promote experiencing life in the thriving area of downtown Main Street In Bay Shore, close to the Fire Island ferries and beautiful water views of Long Island. A water blue palette depicts the light and airy design.
